Feeding Schedule

Hello everyone (=
I'm new to this forum, so I hope I post this correctly >.<

So, my female toy Pomeranian, Tia, is seven years old; ony weighing five pounds.
My question is... what should her daily feeding schedule consist of?
What time do you give them their food and how much at each time?
Do you give them canned food or just dry? Mix them together?
What brand name of dog food do you feed your Poms? Or the best brand?
